Our Montréal dealership recently took part in a value stream mapping exercise, a lean-management method for analyzing the state of processes and for implementing optimized ones. We are proud to be committed to this documented process aimed at identifying ideas for the improvement of our efficiency when it comes to logistics, supply chain, management, or service.
The exercise was led by Sandra Cousineau, our continuous improvement coordinator, and it has brought together floor staff, people working on the front line with clients, technicians, foremen, advisors, parts clerks, managers… Another way of saying that at Globocam, we all care about doing our best!
This value stream mapping exercise was conducted in conformity with our Express Assessment process, a commitment to communicate a preliminary diagnosis, to check part availability and to provide an estimate of costs and repair time within two hours of your arrival.
